- What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 20%deposit for any reservation of our bounce units. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel the reservation 7 days prior to your rental date. Naturally, this does not apply to cancellations due to weather or unsafe conditions.
- Will the bounce house harm my lawn?
No, the unit will not harm your lawn. We place a tarp down under the bounce house to make sure that any movement will minimize any damage. We will place stakes in the yard to help anchor the unit, but this does no permanent damage.

Yes, we are very flexible concerning our rental periods. However, if we feel that the unit will not be safe in the late evening or over night, we reserve the right to deny such rentals.
- Can a bounce house be set up indoors?
Yes, we do set-up our units indoors, assuming that the space is large enough to accommodate the unit. Spaces that are typically large enough are gyms, stages, shopping malls, and convention halls, just to name a few.
- What are your methods of payment?
We are very flexible as far as payment. We accept Cash, Company / Business Checks, and Credit Cards (Visa, MC,). All credit card processing will have a 3%charge. No AMEX or personal checks.
- Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 20% security deposit is required to ensure that your bounce unit is reserved for your event. We also ask that we have a credit card number on file before the unit is delivered. The security deposit is fully refundable as long as you abide by our cancellation policy.
- How are the bounce houses cleaned?
After each use, our bounce_houses are thoroughly vacuumed (even between the seams) to get dirt and debris out of the unit and wiped down with a disinfecting cleaner. We pride ourselves on delivering new, clean and attractive units for your enjoyment.
- Do I have to keep the blower on at all times?
There is really no need to turn off the blower when the unit is set-up for enjoyment. The unit uses less energy than a hair dryer and will ensure that the unit is always ready for enjoyment. However, if you do need to turn off the unit for any reason, it is perfectly safe. Just make sure everyone has exited the unit and make sure that the unit collapses onto it self and not on any sharp objects or obstructions.
- How do the kids get safely in or out of the bounce house?
All of our bounce_houses have an inflated safety step that is an integral part of the unit. The step is slanted so that they can crawl up into the unit through a small opening in the front of the unit. When they need to exit the unit, they will exit feet first, while sliding on their bottom or on their tummies. We require that a supervisor be present at all time to ensure that the kids are enjoying the unit in a safe manner and to help with entering and exiting the unit.
- What happens when the bounce house is delivered?
When the unit is delivered, our technician will inspect the site where the unit is to be placed to ensure that it is free of any obstacles or hazards to the unit or anyone playing in it. Since the unit has to be anchored in some manner, we will inquire as to any underground sprinkler systems to make sure that our stakes do not puncture a hidden pipe. After the inspection, we will set-up the unit and review safe operating instructions.
- What do you need to set up the bounce house?
All we really need is a relatively flat, open area that does not have any overhead limitations and a power outlet within 50 feet of where the unit is to be set up. If no electricity is available, portable generators are available upon request for a nominal fee.
- How long does it take to set up the bounce house and take it down?
The bounce house takes about 10 minutes to set up other inflatables take longer depending on which unit. Party jump gets there early to set up & the time isn’t included in your rental time.
- Does there have to be an adult supervisor present while children are using the bounce house?
Yes. During our safety review after the unit is set up, we make it clear that a supervisor must be present when anyone is in the unit to ensure its safe operation. The supervisor is there to help kids and individuals get in and out of the unit safely.
- Are the bounce_houses new and clean?
Almost all inflatables are new in 2006.we clean our inflatables after every use.. All About Fun has the cleanest and most fun inflatables in Sacramento.
- How long can I rent a bounce house for?
We have 4 hour half-day rentals, 7 hour full day, and for over night or weekend rental just ask.
- Do you have liability insurance?
Yes we carry insurance that exceeds the inflatable party rentals standard. We additional insure all parks & rec. dept in Sacramento. If you want more info please. Also in case of injury please notify staff immediately.
- Who sets up the bounce house?
We have a team of qualified technicians that have been properly trained to set up the bounce_houses so that they can be enjoyed in a safe manner. The technicians have been instructed on how to prevent “tripping” and shock hazards.
- Can the bounce house be set up on the pavement or in a parking lot?
Yes, see above.
- Does the bounce house have to be set up in a backyard or on grass?
No we do parties on concrete, asphalt & hard surfaces. We need to know in advance so we can bring tarps & heavy sandbags. We do not set up on dirt or mud!
- What is your “Bad Weather” policy?
Inflatables shouldn’t be used in extreme weather heavy rain, high winds. We are flexible up to about 3-4 hours before the schedule & delivery times. Once the inflatable is set up no discounts will be given.
- How soon in advance of a function should I reserve my bounce house?
We typically recommend to reserve your inflatable a month in advance party a month in advance during summer months all the popular items go quickly so book your party right when you know where & when.
- Can I pick up the bounce house and set it up myself?
Not typically, we set up & deliver most parties. One of our trained party installation .If you are having at party outside of our service area the greater Sacramento you can pick up an inflatable bounce house. We deliver servicing parties elk grove, Davis, Rocklin, and Folsom. On occasion, we deliver to El Dorado Hills and Placerville area, New Castle and Auburn area, as well as Galt, Lodi, and Herald. Big Party? We will travel.
- How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?
Our bounce house parties range from $199 to several thousand depending on which inflatable games you select; our average party is $300-$400. If you book several inflatable at your next event you will receive discounted rates, Remember Sundays, weekdays & multiple bounce_houses, & party packages is when you receive excellent discounts on your next party.
- How many kids can use the bounce house at one time?
The number of people allow to have fun at one time in one of our bounce house (jump house) varies depending on the inflatable games. The bigger the people at your party the fewer you want in each jump house. Size, Age, Ability, and your stress level factors into equation.
Use common sense!
Another factor to consider is how rapidly the riders move thru each inflatable. Bounce house’s take 5 to 8 riders but some times children will remain bouncing & having fun in the jump house till the party ends. The inflatable slide is just seconds of excitement but, you can funnel kids thru them quickly, that’s why inflatable slides are great at your next party or large event. Ask your party-planning specialist which inflatables fits best for your next event. We will make sure all your riders have an all about fun time. - Can bounce_houses be used in the rain?
Bounce house’s are not to be used in extremely poor weather conditions (high winds & heavy down poor) however parties in sac are usually ok to use. If the weather calls for showers you can still have fun and have jump houses at kids parties.
